Woolly Mammoth 5 Multifuel Wood Burning Stove Highlights
The Woolly Mammoth 5 Wide Screen model stands out for its sleek design and efficient heating capability, delivering consistent 5KW warmth. Its wide screen offers an expansive view of the flames, creating a mesmerising focal point in any room. The choice of a 316 Mi Flue Flexi Liner ensured a durable and reliable flue system, crucial for the safe and efficient operation of the stove.
Detailed Stove Installation Process
Our installation journey spanned two days, with meticulous attention to detail:
Day 1: We began by carefully opening up the original fireplace to its original size and shape, revealing the brickwork and lintel that had been hidden for years. This process not only required precision but also a deep respect for the property’s structural integrity.
Day 2: The next step involved accessing the roof to accurately locate the chimney. We then proceeded to drop the flue liner, install TW pipework, and secure everything with an anchor plate and lead flashing. A bespoke, 50mm sandstone hearth was measured, cut, and fitted to perfection, providing a solid and stylish base for the stove.
Final touches included attaching the flue to the stove, conducting thorough testing, and completing the installation with a professional finish.
Expertly Navigating Installation Complexities
The project was not without its challenges, particularly in opening up the old fireplace and ensuring the flue system was perfectly aligned through the property’s structure. Our team employed innovative solutions and leveraged their extensive experience to navigate these obstacles, ensuring a seamless installation process.
Client Satisfaction and Achieved Results
The transformation was met with immense satisfaction from our client, who was thrilled with the blend of traditional charm and modern efficiency the Woolly Mammoth 5 stove brought to their home. The warmth and ambiance it added to their living space exceeded their expectations, making it a prized addition to their home.
